House Water Filter & Softener, Manganese, Iron, & Hydrogen Sulfide 4 Stages of filtration, 60,000 ppm. grain capacity, 2x 2.0 cu/ft tanks contain a mineral form of manganese oxide that efficiently removes iron (up to 10ppm), manganese (5ppm) and hydrogen sulfide (3ppm) by oxidation/reduction from your water supply. It is not effective on waters with a pH level less than 6.5. No regeneration is needed - only regular back washing. Must also have at least 50 psi and 10 gallons per minute flow available for proper backwash.
